Bassett Joiosa
Bassett Joyosa is company which main activity is in rental apartments, rehabilitation and upgrading of buildings in Old Town Villajoyosa, Alicante, Spain. We also assist people with property projects, interior design and development. Bassett Joyosa run LARSEN, an art studio where main activity is providing artists with a place to work and create, offering seminars and courses to beginners, intermediates and professionals.

Calle Pou no 1.
An old traditional house in Old Town Villajoyosa is being transformed from apartments as shown in photos below:
The transformation planned is from the old bedroom to the style of a new hotel room.
We will have 7 rooms in boutique style and a restaurant. All will be operated by El Posit Marcos Zaragoza and Tony Major. We will finish towards the end of 2020.
Costera del Mar 31.
Another Old Town house, Less than 50 meters from the main beach has been transformed to 4 lovely apartments of which one is built especially to accommodate persons using a wheelchair. Electric cabinets in the kitchen and other special solutions to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The other 3 apartments are made in different themes (modern, industrial and colonial), and you can see interior photos under Premium Apartments for rent. We call the building “Senabre Suites” as we have dedicated it to the family that used to live there.
Calle Pou no 13.
An Old house with garden out to the old town wall. We rent part of the house out for long term rental and part is used for storage. We plan to upgrade some economic guest rooms in 2021 to be able to offer reasonable accomodation to people attending classes or seminars in Art studio LARSEN.
As you can see, lots of work to do, but it's worth it, because of the great location and views.
